The photograph is simple enough: a yellow ambulance caught mid-blur on a city street, blue light on the roof, buildings sliding past behind it. Technically, it's a panning shot, well kind of — it's actually a stationary pan. Slow shutter, with no movement from the camera. Most people would call it dynamic and move on.
